We are fully insured and licensed to provide tree removal services in our service area. Our coverage includes liability insurance and workers’ compensation, providing peace of mind for our clients during the tree removal process.

We service the Sunshine Coast and the North Shore of Vancouver.

Typically 4 to 6 inches below grade, which is enough to plant grass, lay soil, or put down mulch over it. If you're planning something with deeper roots, like a new tree in the same spot, we can grind further — just let us know your plans ahead of time.

We can leave them on-site for you to use as mulch, or haul them away — your call. A pile of fresh chips is often useful if you've got garden beds nearby.

In most cases, yes, but we'll assess clearance and check for buried utilities first. If a stump is tight against a foundation or a line we can't safely work around, we'll say so rather than risk it.

The grinder itself affects a fairly contained area around the stump. We'll protect nearby plantings where we can, and we're happy to talk through backfill and reseeding once the grinding is done.

It can wait — a stump on its own doesn't need to come out immediately. Grinding it later is just as effective, so there's no urgency beyond your own timeline and how much the stump is in your way.
